One of these (not for sale)
One of these (€6,000, which is saucy enough for a nine year old car). Bonus Peugeot RCZ in the background
And one of these pick up thingies, also for sale

They made Schumacher do TV commercials for the Fiat Chroma back then. Not that anyone believed that he would touch that thing with a ten foot pole.

It wasn’t that bad, just an answer to a question nobody could remember asking.

I’ve never seen a Fiat Croma of that period, I do see Fiat Stile estates periodically.
Diahatsu Copens used to be very popular but see much less of them these days but still about two or so a week.
I don’t see any SsangYongs at all these days.
I used to love the SsangYong Musso.

I suppose I see about one Croma a year at this stage, Copens about the same. The Croma Mk2 wasn’t a bad car, just didn’t fill any noticeable need and proved for once and for all that nobody would buy a big Fiat any more. Note the absence of visible rust.
Ssangyong are on the up again, I see them quite often, but the pickup is new to me..

The 3.2L Musso was properly quick for what it was.

The local Ferrari dealership in my town uses a Fiat Croma. Kind of mindboggling why they would take such a utterly bland car.

I doubt that it’s still in use but it was the most upscale car below the Maseratis a couple of years back so yeah.
